Material of anti earthquake basin type bearing
1, GPZ (KZ) seismic basin type of metal materials
Ordinary carbon steel in accordance with GB700 rules
Castings in accordance with GB11352 "general engineering cast carbon steel parts requirements", castings used in G270-500. castings shall not have porosity, slag inclusion and crack, bearing all castings shall be subject to ultrasonic testing.
Stainless steel using 1Cr18Ni9Ti, its technical conditions should meet the requirements of GB3280.
Anchor bolts using 45# steel, material should meet the requirements of GB699.
2, GPZ (KZ) anti earthquake basin type of chemical materials
The pressure rubber sheet at room temperature with chloroprene rubber bearing, three EPDM with low temperature, its performance should meet the relevant provisions of the JT391-1999 "highway bridge basin type rubber bearing" standard.
Teflon plate should be made of fresh pure material, the average particle size of raw materials is not more than 50 mu m, molding pressure plate molding pressure shall not be less than 80MPa, the main performance index requirements are as follows:
Relative density 2130-2200kg/m
The tensile strength is not less than 30MPa
The breaking elongation is greater than or equal to 300%
5201 bearing lubricant grease, shall be in accordance with relevant provisions of the HG/T2502.
